Nancy is a graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, and a minor in Chemistry. She worked with the S. D. Warren Paper Company, a Printing Paper Subsidiary of Scott Paper Company for 17 years. About half that time was spent in coating research, and the latter part of that time in the Graphic Arts testing group. After resigning from Warren, she joined Acme Printing Company, a commercial web and sheet fed offset printer, currently located in Wilmington, MA. She left Acme 1985.

NPA was incorporated in 1986. Nancy is recognized expert in the printing/paper field, speaking at many events for clubs and organizations such as TAPPI, NAPIM, RIT, GATF, RPTA and the R&E Research Council.

Organized the first TAPPI Print Quality Symposium held in August 2004, repeated in September, 2005 in Baltimore, and again in September, 2006 in Cincinnati.

Nathan has been employed by NPA on a full time basis since 1997 where his initial responsibilities included Lab Technician in performing all tests as a Lab Associate. In 2002, Nathan became Laboratory Manager. His duties ranged from running the day-to-day operation in the lab, coordinating in-coming work with clients, and reporting data and analysis to our customers. In 2006, Nathan became General Manager and has concentrated his work to data analysis and consulting with clients. He is in charge of many customer contracts that are a part of NPA’s quality control programs, and is the primary contact for new clients establishing accounts with NPA. Most recently Nathan developed and coordinated the building of the new NPA website launched in 2008.
